Join Duratec’s growing Goldfields & Midwest team to assist in a portfolio of Structural Integrity works.

Be responsible for the planning and coordination of projects as well as the on-site management of projects from initial setup through to completion.

  • Manage remediation projects from initial setup through to completion
  • Ensuring compliance with HSECQ requirements
  • Ensuring effective cost control and efficient running of the project
  • Coordinating direct labour
  • Project progress reporting and conducting weekly meetings
  • Provision of advice on any technical and engineering issues
  • Liaise closely with the client ensuring project runs to program 


  • Prior experience leading construction and remediation works
  • Experience with tier 1 clientele
  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction, Engineering or a similar discipline
  • The ability to positively influence, develop and maintain stakeholder relationships
  • Ability to self-manage own workload whilst ensuring a project efficiency and a positive team environment.
  • Proven problem-solving capability with an approachable leadership style
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage deadlines
  • A natural leader who is willing to develop people and achieve delivery targets
