Lead the design, development, and maintenance of our Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) management systems.
This role is pivotal in ensuring our operations meet legislative, regulatory, and certification standards while supporting continuous improvement and operational excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support development and enhancement of the Business Management System (BMS)
- Develop and maintain HSEQ Policies, procedures and process development
- Ensure alignment with legislation, certification standards and strategic goals
- Meet regulatory, statutory and client specific requirements
- Manage updates to the BMS within the Management of Change framework
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure system integration and compliance
- Promote best practices and compliance
- Mitigate risks and support regulatory outcomes
- Report on compliance findings and recommend practical solutions
- Coordinate and provide training and education on process, procedures and adherence to compliance
ABOUT YOU
- Previous experience within the construction, mining/resources or Defence industries
- Recognized qualifications in workplace Health and Safety and/or Risk Management (Highly regarded)
- Proven experience in HSEQ systems development and compliance
- Demonstrated experience in facilitation, mentoring and stakeholder engagement
- Working knowledge of relevant legislative requirements
- Quality management knowledge(quality assurance and quality control)
- Ability to deliver effective training and drive continuous improvement
