Working with our growing New South Wales division you will be working within our collaborative commercial team, supporting the success of numerous projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and ensure compliance with client contract throughout the project/s
  • Oversee project start up, procurement, delivery and project close out
  • Liaise with internal Duratec team and external stakeholders
  • Prepare and submit monthly progress claims to the client
  • Manage subcontractors from onboarding to claim assessments
  • Monitor commissioning activities including documentation
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure adherence to procedures, policies, and contractual obligations
  • Maintain relevant registers that track and substantiate the projects commercial position
  • Contribute to the project commercial strategy and drive commercial outcomes

ABOUT YOU

  • An understanding of the risks and opportunities associated with all project contractual agreements
  • Sound working knowledge of project administration and project control
  • Analytical skills and high attention to detail
  • Relevant tertiary qualification (Construction Management, Project Management)
  • Positive negotiation, conflict and influencing skills
  • Written and oral communication skills with an ability to present information to a range of audiences
  • Proficiency in the MS Office Suite, intermediate to advanced Excel skills
