Supervise teams on multiple projects including medical centre upgrades, heritage work, building refurbishments and Defence Estate Works across Albury, and Wagga Wagga and surrounds.
You will be responsible for a variety of duties such as;
- Assisting project delivery by providing a mix of day-to-day site supervision and managing your team
- Leading the team on productive safe work behaviour
- Setting up sites and completions
- Coordinating employee and subcontractor tasks and capture work hours
- Liaise closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects run to schedule
- Championing compliance with HSEQ requirements
