Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, this is an exciting opportunity to join Duratec's growing Fuel Division and contribute to the successful delivery of a major critical infrastructure project.

Responsible for document control and project administration functions, you will work across multiple project priorities, ensuring accurate information management, stakeholder coordination and seamless project support throughout the project lifecycle.

ABOUT YOU

• 4-5 years’ previous experience in Project Administration and Document Control position
• Proficiency in Aconex is critical for this role, or similar document management systems
• Previous exposure to the Oil & Gas, Fuel, Energy or Construction sectors
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suits, in particular Excel and Word
• Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise across multiple stakeholders

THE ROLE

• Provide project administration support across fuel and infrastructure projects.
• Manage project documentation, drawings and correspondence using Aconex.
• Maintain document registers, transmittals and version control.
• Coordinate document reviews, approvals and stakeholder distribution.
• Prepare reports, meeting minutes and project updates.
• Support procurement, subcontractor documentation and project mobilisation activities.
• Track project deliverables, deadlines and compliance records.
• Ensure accurate filing and adherence to project and quality requirements.
