THE ROLE

Based in Brisbane, you will play a key leadership role in delivering a diverse portfolio of remediation, façade and building projects across South-East Queensland and the broader Queensland region. As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of project delivery from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring strong commercial outcomes, exceptional client service and safe, efficient project execution.

Working closely with operational and executive leadership, you will provide strategic direction to project teams while managing project performance, stakeholder relationships and operational risk.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects, ensuring successful outcomes across safety, quality, time and cost
  • Drive commercial performance through effective budgeting, forecasting, contract administration and variation management
  • Provide leadership, mentoring and support to project teams
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and key stakeholders
  • Identify and proactively manage project risks, opportunities and delivery challenges
  • Ensure all projects comply with HSEQ, quality assurance and contractual obligations
  • Contribute to business growth through client engagement, repeat work opportunities and strategic project planning

ABOUT YOU

  • Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline
  • Demonstrated experience successfully delivering remediation, building, infrastructure and/or façade projects
  • Strong commercial and contractual management capability, including budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting
  • Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary project teams across complex project environments
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on project delivery responsibilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management platforms
