This role combines estimating, project management, and commercial support to deliver small to medium remediation and infrastructure projects.
The position supports the full lifecycle of works from tender through to delivery, with a strong focus on cost control, client engagement, and commercial outcomes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare cost estimates, take-offs and pricing for small-mid projects (up to $750K)
- Review drawings, specifications and scope requirements
- Review method statements for quality and safety alignment.
- Compile and submit monthly progress reports to stakeholders.
- Prepare and submit progress claims and variations
- Coordinate site activities, subcontractors and resource to support project delivery
- Facilitate timely RFIs/TQs and submission of quality deliverables.
- Assist in commissioning and handover strategies, including inspections and testing.
- Perform audits on subcontractors and track corrective actions.
- Resolve quality issues and nonconformities through corrective measures.
ABOUT YOU
- (5-10) experience in estimating and project delivery roles, preferably in large-scale infrastructure, Construction or industrial projects.
- Experience in Defence projects is desirable but not essential
- Commercial acumen across cost control, claims, variations, and project performance
- Effective stakeholder management with strong client communication and relationship building
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Tertiary Qualification in Engineering
- Police Clearance

- Drivers Licence
