• 10 Hour Days Monday – Friday, Occasional Saturday

THE ROLE 

Join our team as a Franna Operator, bringing your civil construction experience, proven formwork capability, strong safety and teamwork standards to help deliver major infrastructure projects with accuracy, reliability, and professionalism.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Conducting pre-start inspections of the crane and lifting equipment
• Operating the crane safely withing its rated capacity and load charts
• Communicating effectively with Doggers, riggers, spotters and Site Supervisors.
• Monitor Weather, ground conditions, Overhead power lines and any other hazards
• Performing routine maintenance checks and reporting defects immediately
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures, site rules and relevant regulations
• Completing required documentation such as pre-operational checklist, lift records and incident reports
• Securing the crane when not in use and ensuring equipment is stored safely
• Participating in toolbox talks and safety meetings.
