THE ROLE

  • Engage, mentor and support project teams to ensure compliance with HSEQ policies, procedures, and regulatory/client requirements
  • Assist with incident, accident and injury management, including return‑to‑work and workers’ compensation processes
  • Contribute to the implementation, maintenance and review of the Duratec HSE Management System aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and Federal Accreditation requirements
  • Provide HSE leadership across project teams and support internal and external audit activities
  • Monitor performance against HSEQ objectives and targets, ensuring continuous improvement
  • Coordinate and deliver local HSEQ training to project personnel
  • Conduct regular site travel to complete inspections, observations, pre‑starts and toolbox meetings
  • Support development of SWMS, risk assessments and other project delivery requirements
  • Manage the internal safety and compliance software on the assigned Projects.
