Lead teams to deliver Cladding and façade projects on across the wider Adelaide region. Manage resources, schedules, commercials, safety, and client relationships.

THE ROLE

• Managing entire project from commencement to completion
• Project planning, scheduling, cost control and budgeting
• Manage client and subcontractor relationships
• Lead and implement WHS, Quality and Environmental standards
• Managing and maintaining the design process
• Development and management of project programmes & timelines
• Experience in estimating (highly desirable)
• Project progress reporting and conducting weekly meetings
• Create and modify ITP’s and SWMS
• Raise RFI’s and track responses

ABOUT YOU

• Minimum of 3 years prior project management experience
• Strong commercial acumen 
• Experience in a similar role within a Contractor environment is preferred
• Experience in the local Australian construction market, preferably on commercial, remedial, residential & facade projects
• Experience creating and delivering project programmes 
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a project team
• Passion for construction and a strong work ethic
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Associated construction qualification bachelors or trade qualifications
