Be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of ICT projects across the business.

This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while aligning with strategic business objectives and maintaining high standards of quality and security.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead end-to-end project management of ICT initiatives, including software implementations, upgrades and system integrations.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives and portfolio priorities.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of project deliverables.
  • Proactively identify risks to timelines or deliverables and implement corrective actions to prevent project slippage.
  • Identify and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact delivery or agreed outcomes through established governance and escalation pathways.
  • Define, track, and report on project deliverables, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with internal ICT governance and change management procedures.
  • Promote continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and applying best practices to future projects.

ABOUT YOU

Qualification 

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, CAPM, or Agile qualifications – desirable

Working Experience 

  • 5+ years’ experience in ICT project management or a similar role.
  • Proven experience managing multiple concurrent ICT projects.
  • Strong understanding of ICT systems, software and security practices.

Skills/Knowledge 

  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
  • Ability to liaise with all levels of the business.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
  • Excellent Systems documentation skills
  • Understanding and ability to deliver technology, strategy and innovation.
  • Understanding of ICT cyber security and available technologies.
  • Understanding of software licensing and subscriptions.
