Duratec is looking for proactive, organised, and people‑focused administrators to support our growing People & Culture (P&C) function. 

Roles: 

P & C Administrator 

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate employee records
  • Upload documents into HR system and appropriate folders
  • Organise probationary reminders and correspondence
  • Maintain exit interview data
  • Collate Employee of the Month nominations and announcements
  • General P & C activity and projects as required

Recruitment Administrator 

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate interviews
  • Complete reference checks
  • Book pre-employment medicals for a large volume of recruitment
  • Administer the onboarding of new starters
  • Maintain records in the electronic applicant tracking system, PageUp
  • Upload documents and data entry into personnel files and systems
  • Liaise closely with hiring managers, recruitment advisors and P & C team members

  • Confident at using multiple systems
  • A confident communicator (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work under independently and take initiative
  • Demonstrate high degree of confidentiality
  • Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
