THE ROLE
As the Internal Communications Lead, you will be responsible for setting the groupwide internal communications strategy within the Duratec Limited Group.
The role requires collaboration with a range of internal stakeholders both in corporate functions and across our nationwide projects. The role contributes to the overall strategy being delivered by the Marketing & Communications team at an exciting time of growth for the Group.
- Devise and implement Duratec’s internal communications strategy and tone of voice
- Plan and deliver consistent internal communications across Duratec and subsidiaries
- Partner with senior leaders to create and cascade all‑company messages
- Lead employee engagement campaigns in collaboration with the People & Culture team
- Manage delivery of business‑critical updates, corporate publications, and projects
- Create engaging written and video content, harnessing activity from around the business
- Monitor and evaluate performance to continuously look for new and better ways to engage our internal audiences
ABOUT YOU
You are a strategic thinker with creative flair and have managed stakeholders in a multi brand environment.
- Experience in internal communications role
- Ability to write and edit content and adapt styles for tone of voice and audience
- Proactive approach to content creation whilst aligning internal communications with the future direction of Duratec
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools
- Experience working within the construction and engineering industry is desirable
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
- Drivers License
