Reporting to the People and Culture Lead, the successful applicant will provide general administrative duties to the P & C Advisors.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate employee records
- Upload documents into HR system and appropriate folders
- Organise probationary reminders and correspondence
- Maintain exit interview data
- Collate Employee of the Month nominations and announcements
- General P & C activity and projects as required
ABOUT YOU
- Confident at using multiple systems
- A confident communicator (written and verbal)
- Ability to work under independently and take initiative
- Demonstrate high degree of confidentiality
- Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
