• 10 Hour Days Monday – Saturday

 THE ROLE 

Join our team as a Formwork Carpenter, bringing your civil construction experience, proven formwork capability, strong safety and teamwork standards to help deliver major infrastructure projects with accuracy, reliability, and professionalism.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Bring proven civil construction experience and a strong understanding of construction methods and materials.
• Apply demonstrated formwork skills on major civil infrastructure projects.
• Read and interpret construction plans and blueprints with accuracy.
• Set out, install, align and dismantle formwork systems efficiently and to specification.
• Communicate effectively and contribute positively within small teams.
• Work self‑motivated, safely, and reliably in a fast‑paced construction environment.

ABOUT YOU

• Hold a valid White Card and current driver’s licence.
• Sound understanding of formwork systems including Meva, PERI and RMD
• Able to operate EWPs and work safely at heights
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively
• Actively promotes and contributes to a safe working environment
