THE ROLE

Our Major Projects team are currently seeking a Project Administrator to support the successful delivery of Major Projects in WA. This is a local, Monday-to-Friday role, to provide a high level of administrative support, pre and post-contract assistance to ensure accuracy and adherence to defence and organisational standards. 

  • Provide administration and coordination support to senior managers and the broader project team.
  • Prepare, review & maintain pre-contract documentation in one with Defence requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, project registers, contact & distribution lists.
  • Monitor compliance obligations, renewals and training.
  • Maintain project audit evidence for Defence Industry Security Program (DISP), ISO, Defence specific accreditation and security requirements.

ABOUT YOU

  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook essential; Teams and PowerPoint preferred).
  • Understanding of Defence security, governance, or DISP requirements (preferred).
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, registers, and compliance records.
  • A professional approach with the Client, internal personnel and stakeholders.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in precontracts, project support, coordination, or administration roles within construction industry.

Additional requirements

  • Police clearance due to projects being on a Defence site
  • Ability to meet country of origin and security clearance requirements
