Support project delivery teams across multiple Melbourne sites, contributing to remediation works at shopping centres, power stations, bridges, and other key infrastructure locations. This position requires a high level of flexibility, with the successful candidate working locally Monday to Friday and occasionally travelling to regional project sites as needed.

You will be responsible for a variety of duties such as;

  • Concrete reinforcement, preparation, and replacement for structural and non-structural elements
  • Concrete coating, repairs and breakout works
  • Mix, batch, and apply repair mortars according to manufacturer specifications
  • Precision grouting
  • Concrete injection
  • Read and interpret work instructions, product data sheets, and specifications to ensure all work meets compliance, safety, and quality requirements

ABOUT YOU

  • Construction white card
  • Drivers licence
  • Experience with cementitious, epoxy, and PU grouting for void filling and crack repair
  • Experience with gunite/shotcrete application
  • Proficient in using power tools such as jackhammers, grinders, chasers, core drills, and demolition tools
  • Competent in Carbon Fibre Reinforcement installation
  • Able to follow technical instructions, data sheets, and specifications accurately
  • Actively contribute to the team, proactive and reliable with high safety standards
