Support project delivery teams across multiple Melbourne sites, contributing to remediation works at shopping centres, power stations, bridges, and other key infrastructure locations. This position requires a high level of flexibility, with the successful candidate working locally Monday to Friday and occasionally travelling to regional project sites as needed.

You will be responsible for a variety of duties such as;

• Application of protective coatings
• Operating airless and plural-component spray pumps
• Epoxy and polyurethane flooring works, including surface preparation, application, and finishing
• Install sheet membranes, torch‑on membranes, and liquid‑applied membranes
• Abrasive blasting, grinding, and other surface preparation tasks using a range of power tools
• Read and interpret work instructions, product data sheets, and specifications to ensure all work meets compliance, safety, and quality requirements

• Construction white card
• Drivers licence
• Experienced in applying protective coatings and membrane systems
• Confident using spray pumps, power tools, and surface‑prep equipment
• Skilled in epoxy and polyurethane flooring application
• Able to follow technical instructions, data sheets, and specifications accurately
• Actively contribute to the team, proactive and reliable with high safety standards
