You will be responsible for managing daily operations, coordinate teams, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of electrical and infrastructure works
• Ensure compliance with HSEQ requirements
• Ensure effective cost control and efficient running of the project
• Oversee the allocation and utilisation of resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment
• Project progress reporting to the Project Management
• Liaise closely with the client ensuring project runs to program

ABOUT YOU

• Electrical infrastructure upgrade experience including HV (desirable)
• Proven ability to positively influence, develop and maintain stakeholder relationships
• Ability to self-manage own workload whilst ensuring a project efficiency and a positive team environment
• Proven problem-solving capability with an approachable leadership style
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage deadlines
• Ability to influence and drive teams to deliver contribution to business objectives
• Qualifications & Requirements
• Advanced mechanical equipment assembly and installation experience (desirable)
• Police Clearance due to projects being on Defence sites
• White Card
• Drivers Licence
• Trade certification
