THE ROLE

Construction projects include façade, rail and infrastructure at Rio Tinto, Yara sites. Initially based out of the Balcatta office, with a transition into an 8:6 ex Perth FIFO roster. 

• Plan and coordinate works, equipment and personnel
• Provide technical advice to personnel regarding design, construction, program modification or repairs
• Compile and create QA/QC documentation
• Program and schedule works
• Quantity take-offs
• Ensure compliance with HSECQ requirements
• Facilitate regular project management meetings

ABOUT YOU

• 2-5 years of experience in relevant industry, mining industry preferred
• Structural/steel experience
• Inspection/ asset management experience
• Tertiary qualification in Engineering
• Ability to positively influence, develop and maintain stakeholder relationships
• Report writing skills with attention to detail
• White Card
