Reporting to the Finance Manager this newly created role will be responsible for financial control, management accounting and assurance of financial integrity

THE ROLE

  • Deliver accurate financial reporting: Track performance against targets, including variance analysis across P&L, Balance Sheet, and KPIs.
  • Manage budget and forecasting processes: Support the financial planning process, ensure accurate forecasting, budgeting, and cashflow analysis
  • Provide financial insights to internal stakeholders, support data-driven decision-making and organisational goals.
  • Improve reporting capabilities through the development of dashboards for both financial and operational data.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders: Manage project, budget, and managerial reporting, offering a strategic view of financial performance and accuracy.

Other ad-hoc duties as requested by the Financial Controller, CFO and Senior Management Team

ABOUT YOU

  • Experience in a project-based construction environment
  • Bachelor of Business/Commerce - Accounting or equivalent
  • Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent
  • Demonstrated experience in financial analysis, management reporting and business partnering
  • Analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights
  • Communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
