THE ROLE
- Day-to-day site supervision
- Manage multiple structural integrity crews (Boilermakers, Painters, Scaffolders, Riggers and Fitters).
- Guide the team on productive safe work behaviour
- Can read, understand and update schedules
- Coordinate employee and subcontractor tasks and capture work hours
- Liaise closely with the Project Manager and Superintendent to ensure stock and maintenance of fleet is kept up to date
- Champion compliance with HSEQ requirements
ABOUT YOU
- Flexibility to work various FIFO rosters
- Mechanical background with the ability to oversee other trades (Cert III – Fabrication - required)
- White card
- S26 Statutory Supervisor training
- Drivers licence
- Efficiencies in MS Suite & MS Project advantageous.
- Team player, proactive and reliable with high safety standards
