We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and dedicated team member to provide support across pre-employment, onboarding and general HR administrative tasks.  

Full-time role based NOR in Wangara.

THE ROLE

• Maintain accurate employee records and update HR records
• Upload documents into HR system and appropriate folders
• Organising probationary reminders and correspondence
• Maintain exit interview data
• Collation and validation of identification, medicals, and qualifications
• Initiate the orientation process, scheduling inductions and coordination of PPE
• Collate Employee of the Month nominations and announcements
• General HR activity and projects as required

ABOUT YOU

• Confident at using multiple systems
• A confident communicator (written and verbal)
• Previous experience in a HR Administration role
• Ability to work under independently and take initiative
• Demonstrate high degree of confidentiality
• You will be looking for a supportive environment
