THE ROLE
You will be responsible for the non-technical office administration duties to facilitate the day to day operations of the ICT team.
Responsibilities
- Procurement of ICT hardware, software, licenses and services
- Maintain ICT asset database
- ICT maintenance, subscription, license and warranty renewals
- Review and maintain stock levels of required ICT equipment and software
- Receipting of purchased items and approving invoices from suppliers
- Carry out monthly reporting and recharging to business units
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding of users through ICT systems
- Record the returns of ICT equipment in a timely manner
- Assist with the timely delivery of ICT equipment to the required destination
- Make travel arrangements for ICT team
ABOUT YOU
- Prior experience in asset and inventory management
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an office administration role
- A natural flare for customer service
- Ability to communicate with various stakeholders
- Attention to detail
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite
