Coordinate high-quality responses for Market Soundings, Expression of Interest and Requests for Tenders for Defence and other Government entities.

THE ROLE

  • Lead the development of compelling proposals and presentations within an agreed framework and formulate appropriate responses in a set timeframe
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for tender submissions
  • Create Executive Summaries and provide input to kick-off and strategy meetings
  • Work closely with subject matter experts to create accurate and impactful content
  • Ensure that all proposals and tenders comply with company policies and industry regulations
  • Conduct thorough reviews to guarantee the quality and accuracy of submissions
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather insights and information for proposal development
  • Assist with the maintenance of data and bid library
  • Review and update CV’s, Case Studies, and Capability Statements

ABOUT YOU

  • Demonstrated experience in successful tender/bid preparation
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, ability to influence required outcomes
  • Ability to write and proofread non-technical content
  • Attention to detail
  • Graphic design skill (desirable)Planning, problem solving and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, Power Point and Visio with the ability to embrace new software and technologies
  • Flexibility, able to adapt to changes in the business
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to tender and proposal processes
