Supervise a small team with industrial spray painting and abrasive blasting operations in our state-of-the-art blast and paint facility in the Karratha LIA.

You will be responsible for a variety of duties such as;

  • Day-to-day supervision, managing and coordination of your team
  • Lead the team on productive safe work behaviour
  • Championing compliance with HSEQ requirements
  • Quoting and budget tracking of jobs
  • Industrial spray painting and abrasive blasting operations
  • Protective coating applications

  • Minimum NACE / CIP level 1 
  • Forklift ticket 
  • Construction white card
  • Drivers licence
  • Experience supervising blast and paint teams
  • Strong team player, proactive and reliable with high safety standards
