THE ROLE

Working closely with the Operations team, you will support the Victorian division to deliver complex construction, remediation and engineering contracts up to $20m in value, your responsibilities will include:

  • Track and forecast project costs and revenue for internal and external reporting.
  • Prepare and submit monthly progress claims to the client.
  • Prepare, submit, and track variation claims, notices and correspondence.
  • Manage subcontractors from onboarding to claim assessments.
  • Work collaboratively with the project team to ensure adherence to Duratec procedures, policies, and contractual obligations.
  • Support the document control function.
  • Maintain relevant registers that track and substantiate the projects commercial position.
  • Contribute to the project commercial strategy and drive commercial outcomes.

ABOUT YOU

Qualifications in Contract Management or similar discipline, along with previous experience in a similar commercial role you will have;

  • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
  • Understanding the risks and opportunities associated with all project contractual agreements
  • Sound working knowledge of project administration and project control
  • Outstanding ability to engage relationships with subcontractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with an ability to present information to a range of audiences.
  • Proficiency in the MS Office Suite, intermediate to advanced Excel skills
