Supervise various projects across Gladstone and Northern QLD. This role is offered on a FIFO basis from Brisbane with local positions available for Gladstone, Mackay and Townsville residents.

You will be responsible for a variety of duties such as;

• Assisting project delivery by providing a mix of day-to-day site supervision and managing your team
• Leading the team on productive safe work behaviour
• Setting up sites and completions
• Coordinating employee and subcontractor tasks and capture work hours
• Liaise closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects run to schedule
• Championing compliance with HSEQ requirements

ABOUT YOU

• Coal Board medical – preferred
• NACE Coatings Inspector 1 / 2 – preferred but not required
• White card
• Driver licence
• Blast and paint or concrete remediation background 
• Strong team player, proactive and reliable with high safety standards
• S1,2,3 and or G2 - preferred but not required
• Confined Space and Working at Heights  - preferred but not required
• Trade Qualifications - preferred
