  • Perth Mon-Fri, Balcatta office based with occasional site visits

Joining our vastly diverse Northwest division, you will be working closely with the Estimating Lead and bid team across multiple major infrastructure upgrade project tenders for our Tier One mining clients. 

THE ROLE

Be responsible for the overall planning, scheduling and reporting services to assist in the timely delivery of our major marine infrastructure wharf remediation project.

  • Analyse and decipher project information and prepare schedules and programs for optimum project delivery
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation and maintenance of project schedules in tendering and execution phases
  • Track and report on processes and outcomes
  • Provide key dates, milestones, interdependencies, work breakdown structure and schedule critical path management
  • Record and analyse progress and trends and provide appropriate advice to key project stakeholders
  • Identify scheduling issues, identify improvements, and query construction proposals to maximise efficiencies
  • Monitor and report on progress performance against approved project baseline plan and earned value analysis
  • Present schedule analysis to internal and external stakeholders as required
  • Analyse deviations and proposed variations to evaluate impact on the project timeframe and resource requirements
  • Liaise with the project manager to manage and control resource capacity planning

ABOUT YOU

Along with previous experience in a similar role within the resources sector, you will have;

  • Qualification in Engineering or similar discipline
  • Exceptional skills in schedule/software processes
  • Highly experienced using Primavera P6
  • Ability to interpret and create work break down structures (WBS)
  • Natural self-starter with the ability to work autonomously
