THE ROLE

As the hand over take over (HOTO) Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the team with administrative duties to assist with project delivery.

With ongoing support from the operations team and HOTO Manager, your duties include;

  • Liaise with internal Duratec team and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate pre-mobilisation documents
  • Coordinate HOTO deliverables as specified by the contract, E&IG Planning and HOTO Checklists
  • Complete Estate data sourcing, shell creation and submittal, where defined by the project scope documents
  • Provide progressive updates on HOTO deliverables at client progress meetings
  • Monitor commissioning activities including documentation
  • Liaise with contractors to ensure their HOTO responsibilities are understood
  • Coordinate as built drawings
  • Source and apply Estate labelling
  • Compile Facility user guides, Operations and Maintenance Manual, ARN/NoD documents ect.

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role you will bring previous experience in a varied administration role along with:

  • Prior experience with project life cycle as well as sound understanding of the construction industry
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office
  • Written and verbal skills, with the ability to liaise with clients in a professional manner
  • Thorough understanding of established quality principles
  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management or similar
  • Current Drivers Licence
  • Ability to obtain a Police Clearance
