THE ROLE
You will be responsible for assisting the project team in all day-to-day operations of our growing civils portfolio.
As a Graduate Engineer, you will be mentored and supported in the following:
- Planning and co-ordination of works, equipment, and personnel
- Preparing and submitting progress claims
- Job costing where required for works
- Co-coordinating direct labour workforce and sub-contractors
- Programming and scheduling works
- Quantity take offs
- Preparing tender submissions
- Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) activities associated with project works
- Bid writing & Estimating
ABOUT YOU
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering
- Ability to prioritise and meet conflicting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Have sound verbal and written communication skills with the ability to develop positive stakeholder relationships
- Good problem-solving skills with the ability to think ‘outside the box’
- Willingness to travel to sites as required
