Built on reputation, values, teamwork and experience, this opportunity will provide diverse tasks with support from an experienced finance team. Your duties will include:

• High volume processing of invoices and matching to purchase orders.
• Cost and code invoices, and allocation of costing to jobs.
• Weekly and monthly payments.
• Perform reconciliations including supplier statement reconciliations.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders across the business regarding any accounts payable activities.
• Liaise with suppliers when required.
• Any other ad hoc finance administration duties as directed.

ABOUT YOU

Along with proven experience in a similar role within a medium to large company, you will have:

• Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
• Accurate data entry skills
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment including the ability to build positive stakeholder relationships
• Intermediate level experience in MS Office and JDE (Oracle based system) or similar ERP system
• Positive team player with sound verbal and written communication skills
• Self-starter with a can-do proactive attitude
