This role will suit a marketing all-rounder who thrives in an environment where no two days are the same. This role will see you balance creativity and strategy amongst a national team of marketing professionals.
You'll have the opportunity to perform a variety of tasks and will manage multi-brand marketing campaigns.
Drive internal communications that engage, inspire, and play a pivotal role in bringing our unique brand stories to life.
Your day-to-day will include;
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns that elevate each brands unique voice
- Develop engaging content for websites, social media, email marketing, and printed collateral
- Manage internal communications to ensure teams across the business stay connected, informed and aligned
- Work closely with stakeholders, external partners and the broader team to meet deadlines and deliver outstanding results
- Analyse performance metrics and provide insights to continually refine our marketing and communications efforts
What we're looking for
- You are a creative thinker who can juggle strategy, execution and problem solving with ease
- Previous Experience in multiple areas of marketing and communications
- Writing, editing and communication skills
- You have a passion for storytelling and connecting with people
- Priorities can shift so you can adapt
- Flexibility to travel to various locations to capture engaging content
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Experience with Mailchimp, Adobe creative suite, Canva and WordPress
