Be a part of our expanding Northern Territory operations and coordinate the day-to-day delivery of our current Inpex Gas Plant Project.

Open to Darwin residents, relocation, or FIFO applicants within Australia with a 2:2 roster.

THE ROLE

  • Managing all aspects of the project including contract management, estimating, programming of work and defect rectification
  • Ensure compliance with HSEQ requirements
  • Ensure effective cost control and efficient running of the project
  • Coordinating direct labour and subcontractors
  • Encourage a collaborative, client-focused culture, managing stakeholders’ needs relative to projects, and create long term loyal relationships
  • Ensure the client is regularly informed about project performance and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Plan and deliver HSECQ start-up and plans

ABOUT YOU

Along with extensive project management and delivery skills, you will have:

  • Prior experience working on oil and gas projects is highly advantageous
  • Strong leadership skills and understanding of leadership responsibilities
  • Tertiary qualifications in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Project Management or Construction Management
  • A high level of understanding and appreciation for safety
  • Strong commercial/contractual acumen 
  • Solid programming and planning skills
  • Experience in a similar role within a Contractor environment
