Working closely with ICT Staff based in our Head Office in Perth, be responsible for a broad range of ICT support tasks across the business. Based out of our Newington Sydney office, we are seeking someone who understands the importance of customer service and has a passion for IT.

This role is also open to local Perth residents looking to relocate to Sydney, with relocation assistance provided.

  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • User administration and permission management in Active Directory, Office 365 and other applications.  JD Edwards experience would be highly regarded.
  • Desktop and Laptop deployment, support, and repair.
  • Administration and support of various peripheral devices.
  • Handheld Device deployment and support (predominantly IOS devices).
  • Application installation, upgrades, configuration, and support.
  • Troubleshoot connectivity and network issues.
  • ICT Purchasing including stock and asset management.


The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and customer service skills. Bringing your previous IT experience into the role, you will have the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels. You have a demonstrated history of working autonomously within a supportive team environment.

You will also have:

  • 2-3 years of previous experience with LVL 2/3 ICT Support
  • Strong administration and troubleshooting skills across Windows 10 & 11
  • Prior SOE deployment experience
  • Prior handheld device experience
  • Prior Microsoft 365 administration experience
  • IP Telephony administration
  • Windows Server 2016-2022 basic administration and troubleshooting experience
  • Excellent record keeping and asset management skills
  • Ability to obtain a Police Clearance
