Supervise blast & paint teams with industrial spray painting and abrasive blasting operations on various projects across the Goldfields Region.

You will be responsible for a variety of duties such as;

  • Assisting project delivery by providing a mix of day-to-day site supervision and managing your team
  • Leading the team on productive safe work behaviour
  • Setting up sites and completions
  • Coordinating employee and subcontractor tasks and capture work hours
  • Liaise closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects run to schedule
  • Championing compliance with HSEQ requirements
  • Industrial spray painting and abrasive blasting operations
  • Protective coating application

  • Construction white card
  • Drivers licence
  • EWP License
  • HR drivers license preferrable
  • Experience supervising blast and paint teams
