Responsible for providing support of HSEQ compliance, management plans and procedures across a range of construction and remediation oil & gas projects.

Open to Darwin residents, relocation, or FIFO applicants within Australia with a 2:1 roster.


  • Assist the preparation and implementation of HSEQ documentation
  • Advise and educate teams on legislative requirements
  • Process incident and hazard reports
  • Drive a safe and healthy work environment
  • Conduct HSEQ site inspections and audits, pre-start meetings and Toolbox meetings
  • Coordinate HESQ training programs
  • Analyse HSEQ performance, reporting, system updates
  • Maintaining the company Integrated Management System
  • Creating and reviewing SWMS, JHA’s and conducting Audits


  • Prior experience leading HSEQ in construction and remediation works
  • Tertiary qualifications in Health & Safety or a similar discipline
  • The ability to positively influence, develop and maintain site relationships
  • Ability to self-manage own workload whilst ensuring a project efficiency and a positive team environment.
  • Proven problem-solving capability
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage deadlines
  • Understanding of Quality Management processes
