Join our friendly and supportive finance team in Wangara! Initially on a 12 month fixed term contract, this role will give you the opportunity to progress and grow with the company, an interesting and diverse array of tasks, and backing from a highly experienced team. Flexible working arrangements to be discussed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • High volume processing of invoices and matching to purchase orders
  • Cost and code invoices, and allocation of costing to jobs as directed
  • Weekly and monthly payments
  • Perform reconciliations including supplier statement reconciliations
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders across the business regarding any accounts payable activities
  • Liaise with suppliers when required
  • Ad hoc finance administration duties as needed

ABOUT YOU

Along with proven experience in a similar role within a medium to large company, you will have:

  • Open minded and easily adaptable
  • Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment including the ability to build positive stakeholder relationships
  • Intermediate level experience in MS Office and JDE (Oracle based system) or similar ERP system
  • Positive team player with sound verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter with a can-do proactive attitude
