Reporting to the Submissions Manager with a dotted reporting line to our ACT Area Operations Manager, you will join our busy Defence tender team based in our Symonston office and support our team and projects with the preparation of tender submissions. You will be engaged to:

  • Manage and coordinate submissions in line with given timeframes
  • Confidently and clearly communicate with our internal and external stakeholders
  • Use your advanced Word skills to create submissions complete submissions using an established format and brand guidelines
  • Work both autonomously and collaborate with the greater team to produce high level, compliant submission
  • Assist with the updating of project profiles and curriculum vitae


  • Experienced in a similar role
  • Highly articulate with excellent attention to detail
  • Able to demonstrate tender, bid or project administration experience
  • Possess knowledge of Defence or Construction tenders
  • Ability to work as part of a strong cohesive team and autonomously
  • Exceptional time management skills in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
